Add a video hosted on Youtube, Vimeo, or another platform
In the Meta Data tab, select Add Meta Data.
Select the video Type from the dropdown menu.
Enter the video URL.
Enter a title for the video in the Display text field. This will appear above the video.
Click Save Changes at the top of page.
Check your video’s privacy settings to make sure attendees will be able to view your video. Also note that regional laws block some video platforms. Learn more about video privacy settings.
Upload an MP4 video from your desktop
You can upload .mp4 videos directly onto the platform. They are hosted with JUNO through Amazon IVS.
In the Meta Data tab, select Add Meta Data.
Select Upload MP4 from the dropdown menu.
Enter a title for the video in the Display text field. This will appear above the video.
Select Upload File. Choose your video.
A pop-up shows file information. Select Ok to start the upload.
It might take time to upload, depending on the file size. While waiting, you can navigate away from the editor but you can’t leave the site. A notification in the corner of your screen tracks the progress.
The notification lets you know when the upload is complete. Select Ok to save the video.

Select Add Meta Data.
Select Website from the Type dropdown menu.
Enter the URL.
Enter Display text. This appears on the page instead of the URL.
Click Save Changes at the top of page.

Click the X icon on any item to delete it. Remember to click Save Changes at the top of the page.
