Forgot your password
If you do not see an option for forgot your password, your site is either set up with SSO, and you need to request a new magic link, or you need to log in with a preset password. For mobile apps, you'll need to use a magic link to log in.

If you have forgotten your password and the platform does not use Single Sign-On (SSO), follow this guide to reset your password using the Forgot Your Password process.
Navigate to the login page
Open your web browser and go to the website using its URL.
On the login page, locate and select the Forgot Your Password? link.
If you do not know the website URL reach out to your site administrator.
Submit your email
After selecting Forgot Your Password?, you will be directed to the Forgot Password window.
Enter the email address you registered with on the site into the provided field.
Select the Submit button.
Check your email
Check your email inbox for a message titled Reset Your Password.
Open the email and follow the prompt, which will open a new window to reset your password.
Set your new password
In the new window, you will need to enter your new password twice to confirm it’s correct.
After entering your password, select the Submit button.
Confirmation and login
Once your new password is submitted, you should be automatically logged into your account on the website.
Following these steps, you can successfully reset your password and regain access to your account.
Additional tips
Ensure your new password is strong and secure, ideally using a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
If you do not receive the password reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
For security reasons, complete the password reset process promptly after receiving the reset email.
